While using, I’ve been getting random freezes with the caps lock blinking regularly, I thought it was the nvidia driver, so i removed dkms and installed the open ones. still happened.
What do?
Also I’m on a laptop using xfce

To avoid kernel panic try lts kernel first
sudo pacman -S linux-lts linux-lts-headers
Can i just install and it will replace itself next boot?
You will see it. How do you boot?
Grub encrypted install
As far as I recall grub is updated otherwise
sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
Alright, its running on lts. I’ll report back any crashes
Nope still had a kernel panic, while updating im pretty sure too. Came with some pretty crazy graphical glitches
