has brought me to the question of whether it is not somehow possible to be able to just close the Welcome App after occasional call and use WITHOUT having to click the button “Do not start again” and then also confirm the notice? I don’t want the Welcome App to appear after every launch because I just don’t need it. However, I start it occasionally, eg to start Pacdiff & meld from there. But it sucks to then have to do those clicks every time to not keep it in autostart.
There is .config file for Welcome App, from where we can set the frequency of appearance of it. Also we can disable/enable whether it should launch or not.
If we choose to disable to autostart, then also we can start it by clicking it in the apps section.
