I’m having the same problems with the same laptop.
In addition when I restart my laptop it doesn’t detect the battery so I’m not able to know how much battery I have left.
Could it be an hardware compatibility issue?

Seems like there are firmware upgrades required to solve some issues. At least according to this. Furthermore, I’m not certain if it explicitly applies to the Galaxy Book 4 Pro, there is at least an work in progress to achieve better support for the Galaxy Book series of Laptops from Samsung.

At a first glance, it seems to be a bit more involved to achieve full functionality.

Have you tested with some headphones?

This was the case on my Asus Zenbook, that the laptop speakers didn’t work under Linux, initially, but headphones did (via standard audio jack). After some months, Linux updates did eventually introduce support so now they are working. Hopefully it’s just a matter of time?

Yes, with headphones the audio works so as you say we just need to wait for an official support.
The only thing that still remains without a rational answer is why the laptop randomly doesn’t detect the battery.
For example with upower command I only see the 2 USB C charging ports as power supply.
