Problem with the first module loading when trying to install

hello i have reinstall my laptop yesterday in wifi the first module in installation take not too much time and the installation goes quickly.
today i try to reinstall my pc(another one) and the first module of installation time is big(now i’m waiting since ten minute).
i have try to install it with the same usb key than my laptop and with a dvd i burn to see it s the same problem.
is this a known problem ?

please… without installlog or any info about the hardware, no one can help.

i transfer my data on a 2nd hdd and ai try again tonight i will send you the system log if it always do the same things

does i have too install it to give you the install log or could i use the live cd?

This is only the hardware output of your system not an install log. :wink:

if you have installed and it failed the log is only stored on the live session after a reboot it will be lost. to provide the installer log ,share it directly after failed install (without rebooting) is needed.

the problem is that i couldn’t install it the installation blocked to the first module searching and the countdown continue an eternity without doing something and i install the same os on my laptop and it works,weird nope?

log would still give details about what is failing. in case…
And in most case such behavior on loading the installer indicates corrupted install media.
Be it the way install media is created or issues with the used hardware itself, or the port used…
