Printer setup for HP 4520 [Solved]

I have a HP envy 4520 printer and have installed hplip and I still can’t get it to work! How to solve this problem? It want a ppd file and I don’t have it.
Many distros have auto setup for this printer. How to set up printer?

I get this error:

Are you connected through usb? You’ll likely need to install cups and start the service as per the wiki. I’d suggest restarting after that for good measure.
