Happy Pride my peeps. hyfetch surprised me with this full screen celebratory message, which I otherwise fully enjoy and endorse, but apparently there is a bit of a bug if you’re also using fish as your shell wherein enter does, indeed, NOT continue. So I was almost locked out of my system for a bit because boot to tty.
What made it hard to diagnose was that since I have it in my startup scripts, I didn’t know what programme caused the issue and if my system was compromised. But yeah, it’s just hyfetch greeting you but enter doesn’t exit. But since it’s just a terminal app, hitting ctrl+c yeets you back to the command line.
