I use systemctl
suspend to manually suspend my laptop before closing, but very often I find that when I take my laptop out of my bag it has shut off (not hibernated, etc.).
My logind.conf
is completely stock (all commented out), so I haven’t changed lid close behavior or anything like that.
I have included two journalctl
logs that seem to show something like entering suspend mode
and then the next entry is the first part of a boot. I’ve marked the shutdown times with <--- reboot happens below --->
so they can be found easily.
