It depends on whether you still use them.
This will list out the foreign packages that are neither required nor optionally required by other packages.
$ pacman -Qmt
To also include packages that are optionally but not directly required by another package
$ pacman -Qmtt

I’m also heavily into emulation. I use RetroArch for almost everything and then some of the other emulators are installed through AppImage. So they are not in the pacman output. Plus there are some software installed through Flatpak as well.

Some notable notes: tochd is my own software and my own AUR package. xone-* is the driver for my xbox One gamepad to play with Microsoft proprietary connection (i prefer that over Bluetooth). roccat-tools is a configuration tool for my keyboard. polonium is an extension for KDE Kwin to provide some automatic tiling functionality. However I have disabled it at the moment, because it did not work perfectly.
