Post update message- Update level is 1988/1995, some packages may be outdated.. What does it mean?

I have got this message after Today’s update. I remember similar message was there earlier.

Continuing.

==> Results of ranking EndeavourOS mirrors:

==> Writing new ranked EndeavourOS mirrorlist to /etc/pacman.d/endeavouros-mirrorlist.pacnew.
==> New mirrorlist saved.

(7/9) Check if user should be informed about rebooting after certain system package upgrades.
(8/9) Checking which packages need to be rebuilt
(9/9) Updating the desktop file MIME type cache..

It simply means the mirror ranking process has detected a poorly updated mirror. This should cause no problem unless that is your only or first mirror.

Note that the message applies only to one of the EndeavourOS mirrors, not Arch mirrors.
