Please help, System won't boot after update. Stuck on "A start job is running for dev-disk-by..."

After updating, I got a kernel panic when trying to boot the OS. I was able to fix it by generating a new grub and fstab config. Now the system starts to boot, but stops when trying to mount root.

fstab:

# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
#
# Use ‘blkid’ to print the universally unique identifier for a device; this may
# be used with UUID= as a more robust way to name devices that works even if
# disks are added and removed. See fstab(5).

I also tried checking, repairing, and rebalancing the btrfs file system, but that didn’t help.

If you need any logs, please let me know. I really don’t want to reinstall the system.

Shouldn’t you have something like

subvol=/@home

in accordance with the pattern you have used for naming the other subvolumes?
