I have recently noticed that in the SYSTEM SETTINGS window if you scroll with the mouse wheel in the left hand column to select a category, System Settings gets blown away.
You have to use the slider bar to move categories up and down until the desired category is in view, then click on it.
This happens in both Wayland and x11.
Any one else experiencing this?

I don’t know what that means. Having said that, System Settings is operating normal for me.

Yours is acting normal. On mine, if I try to use the mouse wheel to move up and down in the left panel, the whole window gets blown away and disappears.

Seems reproducible on multiple Arch* systems ..
So every time I open System settings, I cant use my scroll wheel to scroll down or else it will crash. Anyone else having this issue? Sorry for the not so detailed report, I’m new so Im not sure what to look for, or how to give a detailed report
It also seems to affect Application Launcher (and derivatives).

My wife’s Linux computer is exactly the same as my x86_64 computer.
She hadn’t updated for a few days, and System Settings worked as expected.
I updated her computer, 69 packages, mostly KDE frameworks files from 6.13 to 6.14
After the update, System Settings now was bad, and System Settings disappeared when using the mouse wheel.

Same behaviour on my system both in settings as well as application launcher.
Just tried it and boom it’s gone!

So it looks like a workaround for now is to disable “Smooth Scrolling”.
System Settings > Workspace > General Behavior > Scrolling > Prefer smooth scrolling [checkbox]
Worked here.
Yep disabling smooth scrolling worked here too
Also if you scroll for All Applications or any group the Application Launcher stops functioning.
