Plasma Application Launcher Not Working After Latest Update

After the latest update, the Plasma Application Launcher is no longer working. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

My temporary solution, I switch to other alternative widget.

Yer can confirm it’s not working

Also found after I changed to it I was unable to right click on it and have it show the “Show Alternatives” option

Go to Show Panel Configuration mode and the Show Alternatives will come back.

Yes this option is lost. Also the icon disappeared

My icon becomes bigger as can be seen in the screenshot.

Yer I just went into edit mode and added back the launcher I normally use. The icon remained for me and I could remove it in edit mode.

Yeah i see. My icon is completely lost. There is something different. I usually use the EndeavourOS icon for application launcher

There is already a bug report so hopefully a fix soon

Oh! It was reported on Arch. No wonder I couldn’t find it on KDE Discuss.

Downgrade qt6-declarative to v6.11.0-1 fixed the issue as suggested by SungHwan Jun. From the link shared by @smokey

I have the same issue and did some research. This bug has been reported way back in march. For now i fixed it by installing appgrid.

On reddit they posted the same on cachyos.
