Plasma 6.8 is in in the Arch testing repository now. If everything goes well it might be pushed to stable on the weekend.

I’ve been using it since Beta 1 on two of my testing laptops. (Arch’s [kde-unstable] repo.) No issues I’ve found, but also, it’s only a few minor tweaks.

I don’t know what all the fuss and excitement is about. Sort of reminds me of this:

For me the most important changes are dropping of X11 and going entirely with Wayland. And also the effort that KDE team has put in for Remote Desktop.

How is saying bye, being rude. Generally that’s seen as common decency in society to say goodbye when leaving. I wasn’t quoting or attacking anyone. Just saying bye, to which I’ve already migrated. I’ve seen several other posts with far more negative responses to things like Gnome, yet they weren’t called out as being “rude”
