June 15, 2024. A phone pic of a random canal in Venice, Italy. I spent a day there with my wife and our Italian buddy who acted as our (free) tour guide and interpreter. Venice is cut to pieces by many canals. Little foot bridges are everywhere to get across them. It was a tough day of walking, but well worth it. It was glorious. If Venice isn’t on your bucket list, fix it!
