The emergency exits part looks a bit strange to me because in case of emergency you would have to open both the windows as well as the ¨gate". So no quick exit at hand i would say.

When I used to give an answer like this, the people said “oh, no, who asked him? I will never ask him again, his answers are always so complicated! I wanted an answer, not possibilities!”. So they stopped asking me, and I got time to lay back and enjoy the weather.
