Plant looks really strong and healthy! i tried to grow hot peppers here but no way, only tomato and pumpkin for me
I can’t grow anything but the occasional weed in my yard. It’s all rocks and hard clay like soil underneath, though I guess I shouldn’t complain too much it’s 1 of 3 units here that does have some outdoor space.
I have tomato’s as well. I hope to have a bigger spot next year to grow more. I want to stop purchasing food since Bill Gates is buying up farms to experiment on you people with.
It was a Christmas gift my wife and I decided to get ourselves. Somehow in our mid 30s we realized we are bird people. I guess we are getting old but I like to think we are just becoming more interesting. Now we show people photos of birds
I don’t know if there is a specific topic/thread for original artwork/photography or not. But if one exists, it would probably be here:
Or, you could make a topic/thread and get it going.
This sign hangs on the gate of a restaurant at a remote location in the Italian Alps. The restaurant makes their own cheese and has their own cows grazing in an adjacent pasture. My Italian pal said it is a warning that attempting to pet the cows may result in an attack by the cow dogs. BTW the food and vino was outstanding. The treacherous little switchback we used to get up there was down to one lane of gravel with no guardrails by the time we reached the top. It was pasta to die for.
I’d be more worried about the cows themselves than the cow dogs, living in the countryside has given me a healthy respect for the fact that they may look like friendly docile dummies but it doesn’t take a lot for 600kg of beef to turn hostile and surprisingly mobile !
The sign says there are guard dogs around and how to behave if you encounter one. There’s no mention of cows on the sign.
That almost looks like my dog! Except mine has longer hair and tail mostly hangs.
Photo taken by my Auntie this morning, this was the animals water bowls - she lives on her daughters property where she runs an animal shelter down Tasmania
Godzilla Road, in Kabukicho.
Named as such because, at the end of Godzilla Road…
Is the big man himself, looking out from the rooftop terrace of the Hotel Gracery!
Strangely, despite Godzilla’s reputed penchant for destruction, the locals didn’t seem too concerned by his presence.
That’s cool, love Godzilla
That’s a mad shot, have something similar close to home but next to no light there at night
Thanks!! It was the lighting that got me. It created a captivating atmosphere around the whole thing.
You’re welcome. credit where it’s due. Yer lighting makes a heap of difference when taking photos
