The wife and myself are retired and live on crown land in the summer months. We came back into town yesterday to do a little shopping. Checking the game cameras last night I noticed this fellow.

Yes it’s a lynx but not really shy of humans in our area. The will normally sit on the edge of the bush line and watch you.

I believe the worst way to die is to be mauled by a bear. I fear that more than a shark attack. Big cats will at least kill you relatively quickly.

That’s why we live out there in the summer, it can be weeks before you see another human.
