The field corn cob getting an outing.
I have taken many photos which I love, here are two of them
The place makes them special for me. Both taken with a then 5 year old iPhone 6s+, sloppily processed with Snapseed and another app I forgot the name of.
a few shots from the last day of setup on saturday for a collaborative installation i currently have up
This was taken on a autumn sunday afternoon, walking through a park at around 16.00 hr , the sun just peeked through the clouds for a moment.
That second photo is wonderful.
Love the colors.
Reminds me of the summer storms on the Eastern Plains of Colorado. Except that a lot of these storms turn into tornados. ![]()
In the early morning, there are blue skies without a cloud anywhere. Mid morning the thunderhead clouds (Cumulonimbus clouds) start forming in the foot hills, and start heading East towards the plains. The higher the thunderheads get, the worse the storm will be out on the plains in the late afternoon. Then sometimes this happens.
Not my picture, but I have seen my share of these along I-70.
Pudge
Aw… I really miss my “Syphilis”, a large male rat. He was a complete alcoholic, imposible to let out of the cage while having parties, as he dove into peoples glasses.
Not something you hear every day ![]()
