Just thought I’d share this with you, taken some years back. It took me ages to find the photos as the print on my loft wall is even more cropped, showing just the kittens, so I didn’t recognize the thumbnails:
Sorry had to restrict the quality somewhat, as I don’t want to eat too much server space.
It looks like only one kitten-foot is actually touching the floor, maybe two. 
This is the last photo I took when I still considered myself a photographer.
After that, I sold all my gear and haven’t picked up anything but a smartphone for over 10 years. And even that, not very often…
I burned out.
So I won’t bother you anymore in this thread — but I’ll still drop by from time to time.
You’ve never bothered us. I’ve always really enjoyed looking at your photos.

I really said goodbye to the photo. It’s been over 10 years now.
I’ve had two such moments in my entire life when I stopped taking pictures and handed over all my equipment to photography clubs for kids.
Then he started again. But this time it’s final.
Several exhibitions, publications in magazines, 4 or 5 catalogs of author’s dolls, one work somewhere in a private gallery in New York…
That’s enough 
Well all I have to say is a big thank you for the amazimg imagoes you shared in that time truely
Unfortunately, I can’t show my commercial work… And there are really beautiful images of “humanized” dolls.
I get it man, but what you do share is great and shows many sides of life I will never experience but thpigh you at least I can see some of it(ypu have showned me things I will never see thank you)

We had a visitor this afternoon about 2:00 P.M.
Right behind the fence is the right of way for an irrigation ditch, then the ditch itself.
Two blocks west of me and then one block south is the nest for a pair of Red Tail hawks.
So I see Red Tail hawks quite regularly either soaring up and down the ditch, or sitting in tall trees along the irrigation ditch.
However, this one is not a Red Tail Hawk. In the 36 years I have owned this house, I have never seen a hawk like this. After a little research, I believe this is a Swainson’s hawk but I am not positive.
It was 95 degrees F this afternoon. With the drought the irrigation ditch has been dry for about six weeks now. I suspect the hawk had flown until it was exhausted and was probably dehydrated, hence why he did not fly off and just sat on the fence.
