Packet Manage Error (Error Code: 1)

I have looked at similar threads on the site but to no avail. Can you help me?

Note: Wi-Fi is not working. I connected to the internet via USB tethering.

On the screen that lets you pick items to install, expand KDE and uncheck “kgamma5”
