I reviewed all the PKGBUILDs when I was writing the above. Excluding pamac-aur-git, which is usually pulling the latest master, the differences between the others are not that great. The build options are handled slightly differently, but not enough to warrant separate packages IMO.
I tend to agree with differences being very small, except for pamac-aur-git (and that’s my favorite pamac package).
