Im trying to use an old plasma tv as a second monitor and it does not have any option to fix the overscan, even in the service menu. I think I remember a way to scale down the screen size while keeping the resolution constant using X11, but im not finding a way using wayland. Is there a way?
(the tv’s apsect ratio settings does not fix the issue, nor does FULL, ZOOM, H-FILL, JUSTified, etc. FULL gets it close, but it chops the start menu/title bar off of windows and the sides.)
