So every now and then; randomly when launching either Lutris, Firefox or even just the Settings application. The OS will freeze. The program will be “launching” and then it won’t launch. And a moment later the OS will freeze. I then will either hard shutdown or reset the computer.

EDIT: The actual terminal return text to what you advised to type into the terminal is actually a lot of text. I don’t know if you wanted the entire thing. I only added the few first information/blocks.
@GarMr
First thing is there are two newer UEFI Bios version for that board. I would update to the latest version if it were me.
I see you are running on the latest kernel. I also don’t see many kernel parameters for Ryzen so there may be some required.
I do see quite a few error messages in the logs. Because you are on btrfs and you have /home partition. It could be an issue with the btrfs setup? Maybe not. I’m not the expert here on that. It would require more information on and logs to show that and someone with more knowledge on btrfs to look at the subvolumes and such.
The logs are much better in this format as you can look at them yourself also and see information much easier and clearer.
For now i would say first update the UEFI firmware to the latest if you are comfortable doing that. It’s quite easy now a days. I usually download the new firmware to a usb jump drive and boot into the UEFI setup screen and run the update from there as it has a flash ability built in.
