Yes, VPN. But I always use it.

Don’t know. It seems to be connecting to other sites just fine. But maybe you are right 
Anyways, the message about the forum software encountering an unexpected problem was new to me.
Is this error from just now, or was it from earlier yesterday? The AWS outage had created some Internet service havoc… Perhaps?
It happened just now.
It was just a server and Discourse update that needed a reboot earlier. Everything is fine now
