Neither of those do anything, what i did does nothing as well since it doesn’t take up the empty space.
But thank you anyway, i will file a bug report!

It seems to be working fine for me on plasma so i don’t really know. To me it is normal on my system. I don’t see any difference compared to libreoffice. It is the same display. 
So…REALLY late to the party here, but I’ve seen this (a lot) on hidpi systems w/ OnlyOffice. Is OP’s system perchance a hidpi?
