Obsidian - which installer?

I want to install my awesome .md personal knowledgebase, Obsidian. I know its closed source. https://obsidian.md/download which is offered in 3 installer formats.

Converting a .deb does not appeal to me after reading this https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/83540/installing-a-deb-package-on-arch-is-it-possible

I read Snap and Flatpak have too many overheads.

Obsidian is on the AUR, but it’s Appimage, which I prefer not to run apps in containers

So what do you suggest?
