OBS studio Doesn't open normally

OBS-Studio Doesn’t open normally, even when i try to open it with Terminal. however i can see the process running using ps aux | grep obs. it just doesn’t show in foreground. I am using KDE.

  • Scenario 1: Open OBS from app launcher.
    Result: OBS doesn’t open after mouse shows loading animation for a few times, i can see process in system monitor app.

  • Scenario 2: i run obs in terminal Here’s the log link: https://pastebin.com/h526Q9zG

  • Scenario 3: i run sudo obs in terminal and obs open without any issue and i can record normally, here sudo obs log: https://pastebin.com/Q4v2ED5E

then there is a settings issue in your home folder I would suspect. Create another account and see if it will run normally from there without sudo
