nvidia-settings is not included on the install.
It is useful for example;
‘Force Full Composition Pipeline’
Why is it not included by default?
I think this is what you want to set that in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-nvidia.conf

nvidia-settings is considered an optional component, and endeavour doesn’t typically pre-install anything you don’t really need.
PS: the option ‘Force Full Composition Pipeline’ is not recommended.
