Nvidia drivers overriding AMD discreet card

Hello!

I have noticed that my Nvidia card is showing up twice in the system info.

Operating System: EndeavourOS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.14.0
Qt Version: 6.9.0
Kernel Version: 6.14.6-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 6-Core Processor
Memory: 30.5 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor 1: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070/PCIe/SSE2
Graphics Processor 2: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070/PCIe/SSE2

The second processor is the AMD discreet card, and the first processor is Nvidia, but was showing up as NV194 straight after installation, which as far as I know it’s a generic way to identify Nvidia cards (old ones at that). The AMD card WAS showing up properly right after installation.

So I ran nvidia -inst and the result is that the AMD card is now also a 4070.

I really can’t wait to get an AMD Nvidia card >.< but UNTIL THEN, how do I get my PC to see the AMD card properly again?

Or should I just not worry about it?

I would appreciate not having to reinstall EOS as I have got it all up and running with Secure Boot by creating and signing my keys and I really don’t want to go through that process again :stuck_out_tongue:

What says:

inxi -Gzac0

Heya!

Thanks for your answer! I just decided to turn it off in the Bios. I don’t really ever use it anyway.
