NTFS userspace utilities have been split

I just ran a update and noticed this part, for users who needs it keep an eye out of this message.

NOTE: NTFS userspace utilities (mkfs.ntfs, ntfsfix, ntfsinfo, etc.) have been
      split into a separate package. Run `pacman -S ntfsprogs` to install them.
New optional dependencies for ntfs-3g
    ntfsprogs: userspace utilities

Seems it is still in the testing repos.

That’s possible, once in a while i just enable everything and update everything.
