Does sudo pacman -Syu return the same error or does it work?
I had the basically the same problem with the latest version of Endeavor. Turns out I had to update the mirrors with EOS-Reflector. Then check for updates and I found 106 updates that were not being updated. Now my system is up to date. Try that and see if that helps.

no nweed for adding -Syu to yay thats used by default already with yay alone

You could try commands
eos-update --clear-databases
eos-update
If that doesn’t help, try commenting out repo [warpdotdev] in /etc/pacman.conf and try again.

also i am facing network speed problem, it happens many times, and then i restart and it works, if not i do restart again.

It looks like it needs to update the arch keyring and is unsuccessful. Not sure what country you are in? So this matters when updating the Arch mirrors using the welcome screen. Try selecting US and Canada mirrors. Then see what happens after updating the mirrors. I wouldn’t be using worldwide mirrors. Only select mirrors relevant to your location but try what i said first to see if that works. Then run sudo pacman -Syu
This would suggest that mirror.sahil.world is the possible issue.
I suggest manually updating your mirrors by visiting the Pacman Mirrorlist Generator, generating a list relevant to your country (or nearby ones), and inserting the output into /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist . Be sure to remove mirror.sahil.world from that list if it’s in it.

- Sync Package Databases:
sudo pacman -Syy - Clear Package Cache:
sudo pacman -Scc
then update againsudo pacman -Syu
