No firewall applet in system settings - new install

HI,

I finally had some time to wipe the media server.

I’ve had some visual interface issues with Jelly-fin due to bad add-ons that make changes but do not correct them when uninstalled…sigh).
IS what it is.

SO, afterwards I installed KRDC/KRDP.

I used exactly the same host-name and IP for this media server as it is already setup on numerous clients and my KRDC on my main PC so I can easily maintain and manage it from where I sit.

I go to look for my firewall and there is no firewall applet in the system settings.

I enabled it via terminal and it IS running but why is the applet missing?

Can I get it install?

It is because the packages were split so now the GUI s in its own package.

You just need to install it

I have the firewall config in my application menu–the applet is not in system settings.

l’ll install it and once more thank you.
