I have decided to install KDE Plasma 6 alongside my original Budgie desktop, however all went well until I could not find a settings option to change the refresh rate for my displays.
The intended purpose of installing KDE was to get VRR since I am using an AMD Freesync Premium Pro display.
Looks like its missing a package somewhere but I have no idea what it may be. Someone a bit wiser than me might know
Perhaps you would need kscreen.
Try: sudo pacman -Syu kscreen
Reboot.
