"No batteries avaliable" on notebook, but the battery is in use

I have a problem with installing EndeavourOS on my new notebook ( Chuwi Corebook X - this one, to be precise )… everything works out of the box except for one thing: the battery indicator, which says “no batteries avaliable” even though I’m using it (right now I’m writing with the notebook disconnected from the power)

Dual boot installation with Windows 10 (which perfectly detects percentage of charge and mAh both total and residual), made with the latest iso updated yesterday.

DE: KDE Plasma 5

This sounds like it’s missing an ACPI quirk or kernel driver. I can’t find anything quickly with a search for “chuwi” on the Arch wiki or in the AUR so it may be a system that simply doesn’t have good Linux support - I don’t know whether contacting the retailer or Chuwi would help.

This is the ACPI’s output (I just hope I gave the right command):

Hi, did you find a solution?
I have this very same laptop.
Also, I can confirm that the battery indicator works on Windows 11
And that this issue happens on multiple Linux distributions, including Garuda (Arch), PopOS!, Fedora, Q4OS (Debian) and Deepin (Debian). All with the most recent updates as of this post.
