Hey everyone! I’m new to EndeavourOS and just migrated from Windows about two weeks ago. Honestly, I thought switching to Linux would be really tough, but it’s actually been the opposite. The community here is super friendly and helpful, which has made the whole experience way easier and more enjoyable than I expected. Just wanted to say hi and let you know how happy I am to be part of this awesome community! Looking forward to learning and growing with you all.

Welcome mate!!
Hi, @Wyzk welcome! Linux may seem scary from a distance, but the truth is, from up close it’s not (in my experience).
And once you get to know your system, try it, break it, repair it, and learn from all that, you may well end up with an OS and a system that you control in stead of the other way round.
so true!
Welcome @Wyzk
Welcome!
Hey! Good to have you with us! What was the tipping point that sent you over this way? Or have you been dipping your toes for a while? Enjoy the journey!

Welcome to the forum @Wyzk
Thanks!
Honestly, the tipping point was how Windows started to treat me like I’m stupid. It kept adding a thousand things to my machine without asking, which was super frustrating. And every time I fixed one error, two more seemed to pop up. On top of that, I constantly had the feeling that I was being watched while using it just too much tracking and telemetry for my taste.
Switching to EndeavourOS has been such a breath of fresh air. It finally feels like my system.
