Anyway… I’ve been using linux at work since the late 1990’s. In my current position we use RHEL 7, and 8, along with a few SuSE installations. I am a Data Protection Engineer, and one product we use to back up endpoints is Code42 Crashplan, which I downloaded Endeavour to do some testing.
I quickly ended up making Endeavour my distro of choice on my personal machines. I love how fast it is, and how quickly you can do numerous installs.
I’ve been using Debian (Sid) for years, and never thought something would come along and make me change it up. Figured it’s time I learned a bit about the Arch family tree.
Thanks to everyone who has posted, that has helped me figure a few things out, and I hope I am able to contribute to the community in the future.
Let’s go Bearcats! Oh wait, wrong university, jk
I grew up for a bit in Ohio back when Geauga Lake was still around, most my family still watches Ohio State football every season too. Anyways, welcome to the forums, you’ll find plenty of great information here and plenty of help and assistance if you ever need it. Enjoy using EndeavourOS, I know I do!
