Need help removing Windows Boot Manager from bootmgr

My Acer keeps deleting my EOS boot due to phantom Windows bootmgr and it’s been a royal pia. Windows is deleted, the fat32 efi bootmgr partition has been deleted as well. Yet, it stays in my bootmgr list. Is there a way to nuke both Windows items off my bootmgr so this doesn’t keep knocking me into blue screen?

You can use sudo efibootmgr -b <bootnum> -B to delete a specific boot entry.

For example sudo efibootmgr -b 0002 -B to delete windows boot manager entry 2

How would I be able to switch the boot order from ubuntu being first, to Linux Boot Manager? Every time I do this in BIOS it seems to switch the order around after rebooting.

sudo efibootmgr -o (your preferred boot order seperated by commas)

for example: sudo efibootmgr -o 0010,0000,0011,0012,0013
