So, I better just uninstall czkawka and rslsync.

The issue with the keyring has nothing to do with those applications. However, you can uninstall them if you want to.

What if I had done chmod to my home directory? Shouldn’t it be reversed?

You don’t even know when it occurred or what you actually did. You can’t really reverse chmod anyway.

chmod g-rwx /home/limo/.gnupg

Just curious, what if I installed again BTRFS? Would this make it as new without any chmod?
