My go-to media player for video. I can wait for it to hit stable. Looking forward to it.
Me also. . . .it’s good to see software evolve.

I’ll be happy to wait for it to hit stable…but yeah, it’s my preferred media player too.

Looks like a interesting update.
Updated just about 10 minutes ago. . . . interesting information it exhibits about your video files and audio. . . . that about sums it up. . . . .

A question for the mpv experts: To what extent do mpv’s configurations affect Haruna, which is just a frontend of mpv? Haruna should actually access mpv.config
, but it has its own settings in the interface. Do the settings of mpv and Haruna add up, or does Haruna overwrite mpv-settings? I haven’t been able to identify any connection yet.
Haruna seems to use libmpv. So my guess would be that it doesn’t use the standard mpv config at all, because the config handling usually can be found inside a programs executable, not the library. Maybe just find a setting that adds some information inside the mpv overlay as default and see if it uses in Haruna.
edit:
Seems like it doesn’t use the mpv config by default. Although you can tell it to include mpv configs, as seen here:
