Mouse stuck to only at part of the screen in bottles (using touchdesigner)

I am trying out this app called “Touchdesigner” by Derivative but it has no linux version. I saw a few posts about people running it perfectly under wine/bottles so I thought to give it a try. Thankfully everything seems to work totally fine. I tried adding notes and stuff and it works, although the text seems to be drawn as black colored sometimes and it hard to see. But a more pressing problem I saw was that when I tried to select/edit something on the right side of the screen I could not press it. I can’t press the pause and stop button even. Doing a selection I can easily see where the “limit” of the mouse is. Idk how to fix this so I would appreciate some help because I dont know what to look for.

I am on Niri wayland compositor. I tried running in wayland instead of xwayland and it still stayed the same.

It seemed to be an issue with fractional scaling. I scaled it to 1.1. I wish I didnt had to do this though.

So the fault was the position of the screen.
The default value does that. Otherwise it works with fractional scaling. I don’t have other monitors so idk if this would be a problem but it seems to be good enough.
