Mouse cursor bug?

Since a few weeks ago i noticed when i hover my mouse on a hot corner on plasma it change the mouse cursor, or if a right mouse click on cairo dock or if i click on an addon on firefox for example, i noticed this happened with any cursor theme i tried and not just the one i use, i wonder if anyone is having this issue ?

i could reproduce this with the oxygen blue cursor theme, it changes to that black cursor
It also shows that black cursor on start up and then it changes to the cursor theme i am using

After changing cursor-theme, did you reboot?

Someone pointed out this on the net, could be an example-solution for you:

open /usr/share/icons/default/index.theme in a text editor
change Inherits=Adwaita
to: Inherits=breeze_cursors

You should then have the normal (dark) breeze cursor.
