Try reinstall of the package?

Looks like eos-base
is no longer in endeavouros repository. That must be why the system identifies it as having been installed from AUR.

so, can eos-base safely removed?
I guess so. I don’t have it at all in a recently installed EnOS.
For any PACKAGE, to see what is dependent on it you could run:
pactree -r PACKAGE

it was never installed per default so you have installed it manually.
So yes uninstall it. sudo pacman -R eos-base

eos-base was an experimental meta package (it only contains some other packages as dependencies). It was never really needed.

Whenever you remove a meta-package, pay close attention next time you remove orphans to make sure there is nothing there that needs to be converted to explicitly installed.
