I had installed Minecraft just a couple of minutes ago, It launched the first time and I was able to play for not even a minute. When I pressed f11 to enter full screen, the game crashed. I tried to open it again, but now it displays an error message that says “Whoops! An unexpected issue occured; we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please try restarting your launcher. If that does not solve the issue, please log a bug report.”
I tried reinstalling it, but It keeps displaying this message every time I open it. Can someone give some advice on what to do? Thanks
Did you install java?
No, I haven’t installed Java, but I found out that by going to the .minecraft
folder and deleting the “webcache2” folder solved the issue. I have now been able to play. I just have to delete the folder over and over again because it regenerates itself after playing.
