Many apps window pop up after rebooting or starting pc

I dont know if it is a normal behaious, but when i turn on on reboot pc, then when it starts, many applications windows (like the ones that i sued befr turning of) pops up and i need to manually close them …

why is it so?

i would like to have a clean fresh desktop when i start the pc

What DE are you using?

Check if you have some setting for saved session enabled.

Sounds like apps set to autostart. If you’re using KDE, look here…

well it does not seem to be the reason. i have only slack there in autostart.

but like 10 windows start - pcloud, dolphin, bash terminal, web browser, qtorrent, the welcome endevour screen… basically everything that can pop up will pop up there.

pretty annoying
