you can always use qdfviewer since its qt5
For those who love DEEPIN you should know the DEEPIN developers said all development is going towards their fixed release model, they don’t have plans for rolling release distro’s (like Arch) at this time.
Is it an answer from DEEPIN to this forum idea UP ?
DEEPIN signed a partnership with HUAWEI, they will install DEEPIN as OS on a series of HUAWEI laptop which is a good news for Linux…
its possible they use deepin as desktop, but huawei is working on a microkernel, also to use for there mobile phone. but as they note they gona make android compatible probably also linux stuf can port to it.
Too bad, when I find a DE that I like they don’t develop it anymore, uuufa !!!
it is developed, they do only use a fixed release model as they use debian on their distro
I like Deepin because I see it almost a Gnome-shell 3, I was using it all afternoon and I configured it to my liking and it goes like silk, it does eat crazy memory …
They master UI design as well on all the way, from the installer to Apps and DE…the evolution of their File Manager is very usefull.
