Confirmed! It was fine a few hours ago. Seems the URL was hacked again.
To be specific, the search for endeavouros.com has been hijacked, not the actual website. Question: does anyone really do this??? If you have the right URL, why use a search engire?
they will try to hijack a website by using plugins. WordPress is particularly vulnerable with all the plugins. I have several instance of them and try to keep the plugins at minimum and when I have a lot I keep an eye on vulnerable ones by forcing updates when possible and disabling the plugin when not possible. I’d rather lose some functionality than get hacked unfortunately.
They also highjack grab domains that expires. We had a similar case where one of our old domain was grabbed upon expiry. They cloned the site and after a while they redirected the domain to a indu or whatever the origin gambling site. I can’t believe that people are stupid enough to pay money to play on those sites. The issue is with the search engins. They often report old website information which seems legit but in my case I just asked the search engine to rescan the sites so the description is updated. In this case it’s not valid because the domain is still owned by endeavour. Hope you guys can figure it out.
