I shutdown all our sites which is why they are all redirecting to the forums now.

OK, I’m going full “old man yells at cloud”-mode here - and I want to stress that, but checking the forum as a non logged-in user … what is that? This doesn’t look like a forum, I’m utterly confused by that presentation.

Haha…that is what the forum looks like if you are not logged in.

There are a few reasons it looks strange to me:

  • It the categories view which I don’t use so I am not used to it
  • There is a pinned notification
  • That is the default theme which is not very dense and has everything surrounded by outlines
  • The side panel is open which I always close

I kinda’ like it. Got a confident “Welcome to AOL” dial-up sort of vibe.
Confused, yet not dispirited.
