Logitech MX Anywhere 3 Mouse Not Visible in Bluetooth Devices After Dual Boot with Windows

I have a Rog Zephyrus G15 laptop running EndeavourOS, and I am using a Logitech MX Anywhere 3 mouse connected via Bluetooth.

I have installed EndeavourOS as the primary OS.
Installed Windows as a second OS (dual-boot setup) and updated all drivers on Windows.
Disabled fast boot in both Windows and the BIOS (without connecting any devices during this process).
After logging into EndeavourOS, I rebuilt the GRUB configuration to include Windows, and restarted to verify everything was working.
Once back in EndeavourOS, my Bluetooth mouse (Logitech MX Anywhere 3) no longer appears in the list of discoverable devices.

I can connect other Bluetooth devices (headphones and keyboard) without issues.

What I’ve Tried:
Restarting the laptop.
Restarting the Bluetooth service in EndeavourOS.

Despite being able to connect other Bluetooth devices, my Logitech MX Anywhere 3 mouse no longer shows up in the list of Bluetooth devices, and I cannot find it during a Bluetooth search.

Has anyone experienced this issue or have suggestions on how to troubleshoot or resolve it?

Does it really disappeared from known devices?
In case its an issue that the auth key is stored for the machine running windows and the one previously set with linux is now obsolete … a known issue with BT on dualboot.
But for this it should still show in the list… so you can remove and readd.

I’m not sure if the authentication key issue occurs when a device is connected to both operating systems simultaneously, but I didn’t connect my mouse (or any of my devices) to the Windows installation. I just booted into Windows briefly to check if it would work, then restarted into EndeavourOS (I also tried shutting down completely and powering it on again).

Yes, the device is no longer showing up in the Bluetooth search list. On the first boot after using Windows, it simply refused to connect to my mouse. The mouse was visible in the list as I’m already using it for a while. I thought it might be a bug, so I removed the device to try reconnecting it, but now it’s completely gone from the list.

I can connect my mouse to other devices without issue, and I can also connect other input/output devices to my laptop. However, my mouse isn’t even showing up in the list of connectable devices anymore.

So after a few hours of research and going through all of the documentation, the most common thing I saw in the comments of the forums was that the latest update to kernel broke bluetooth on various dates. But as I was using LTS, I thought that should not be the case for me. Although I decided to give it a shot, I booted into the latest kernel in place of LTS and it worked as expected. So the problem was the current LTS kernel.
