Linux wont load wifi driver after windows is used

As title says, when i use windows 11 on my pc and switch back to endeavour, it detects that there are signals ive used before, but has zero ability to receive a mac address and ips. Wired works fine, however i can only do a temporary wired connection i cant leave it that way. Only thing that i can do to get it to work is disassemble my pc to remove the cmos battery for 30 seconds and thats just a huge pain. Anyone know a way i can make it so linux will receive an ip without doing that? Ive tried disabling the adapter in windows, changing mac settings to ensure it isnt static, ipconfig /release on windows, all fast startup is disabled, secure boot wont load linux when disabled only windows, and i completely disabled windows wifi and bluetooth and ethernet access and nothing still. i launch direct into grub then linux by default, nothing has solved the issue besides the cmos battery, cmos reset button doesnt even work to fix issue.

Sounds like the simplest solution would be to uninstall Windows.

I use both, theyre on separate drives

How is about fastboot? Disabled?

a bit unclear
And fast startup inside windows is what needs to be disabled, not fast boot mode inside the Bios/Firmware (also it should be disabled too)

Fast boot and secure boot are disabled to my knowledge, i went through and tried all that. Windows and bios but i will double check windows in the morning when i get off work.

I saw cases also on my setup where windows enabled it again or simply do not apply it in the first place.

Fast startup and hibernate options were disabled through cmd, i turned hibernate settings on to see if it showing that fast startup is off changes anything (option doesnt show with hibernate disabled)

Edit: same with hibernate on to show fast startup option
