Line under XFCE taskbar/panel

Hi, I’m seeing a thin white line just below the XFCE panel (taskbar).

  • I already tried toggling the shadow option in the compositor settings, but it didn’t help.

  • The line matches the width of the active window when I move it near the panel.

How to fix it?

Right click on the panel with the mouse ande go to the panel preferences. Choose the tab ‘appearance’. Then under opacity, set the leave option to 0 (zero). That should be the solution.
